FDCs and T cells; an unexplored relationship

FDCs are essential for the organization of the germinal center reaction. No only do they perform the task of antigen presentation to B cells, they also actively communicate with cells in their environment, thereby affecting clonal diversity and B cell specialization. In this project, we will investigate whether FDCs communicate with T cells, and how this affects immunity and tolerance.
