PREDICT Study

Coordination of the international, prospective PREDICT study, in which the immune response of trauma patients is assessed using the AQUIOS flow cytometer. The aim of the study is to develop a predictive model to estimate the risk of infection and thereby support decision-making regarding the optimal timing of surgical intervention. In addition, the AQUIOS platform will be applied to hyperacute conditions such as necrotizing soft tissue infections (NSTI) and intestinal ischemia.
