Microbiome and Inflammation in Antibody Deficiency

Roos-Marijn Berbers

This project aims to characterise the microbiota and inflammation underlying immune dysregulation in patients with humoral immunodeficiency. In a cross-sectional cohort, gut and respiratory tract microbiota, mucosal defence, cytokine levels, immune cell subsets, and clinical data will be analysed. Patients included are diagnosed with CVID, XLA, selective IgA deficiency, or are healthy controls.
