In vitro modeling of patient-derived BCMA CAR T cells in multiple myeloma

The aim of this study is to characterise patient-derived BCMA CAR-T cells and investigate their post-infusion dynamics, persistence, treatment-related toxicities, and support predictive modeling in multiple myeloma. To do this BCMA CAR T cells are sorted, expanded, and characterised using increasingly complex in vitro models.
